What we collect: name, email, mobile number, organization affiliation, and assessment responses — provided by you or the organization that enrolled you.

How we use it: to deliver the assessment, send invitations and reminders by email and SMS, generate results, and communicate about the assessment. We do not use your information for advertising.

SMS: By providing your mobile number and consenting at enrollment, you agree to receive assessment-related texts (invitations and reminders). Message frequency varies by assessment cycle. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are never shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Other information is shared only with the organization that enrolled you and service providers strictly necessary to run the assessment.

Security & retention: We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for the assessment and legal obligations.

Your choices: Request access or deletion by contacting us.

These terms govern use of the Brain Performance Index (BPI) assessment and related communications from Intuitive Psychological Assessments Corporation.

Assessment: The BPI is a performance-readiness assessment. Results are informational and are not a medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

SMS program: If you consent at enrollment, we send assessment-related texts (invitations and reminders) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies by assessment cycle. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility & consent: Assessments for minors (ages 10–17) require parental/guardian consent, collected through the enrolling organization.

Privacy: Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Changes: We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
